I received this second-hand in 2020, having been used once a week for two years. At the time of purchase, it was missing the air pump, the cap for the rear wheel fastener, one drink holder, and one set of shoulder pads. I purchased the air pump separately. A rain cover is included, but I have never used it and have not opened it since purchasing it. Buggy-specific mittens (unused) were included. I have not used them. The stroller shows signs of use. There was no instruction manual. I checked online for instructions and looked up how to use it. I used it indoors for about a year to nap my twins at home. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't go out much, and I only used it outside 2-3 times. In my personal opinion, it is in good condition overall. The tires are not worn down and have plenty of tread remaining. It was stored indoors without use, so there are no noticeable signs of fading. There is no outer box, so it will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and shrink film.
