I purchased this at the Eric Carle Play Park, but my child has a large head and doesn't like it, so I haven't been able to use it and have just kept it in storage. It's very cute, so I'm offering it to someone who might be able to use it. It has elastic, so I think the size is free, but please note that there are no tags.
