Toco-chan Belt Navy No noticeable stains. The white area in the center is slightly creased (see photo 4). The Velcro fastens securely and I think it's relatively clean. I received this as a gift, so I don't know how long it was used. Also, I received this from a home with pets, so please understand this before purchasing. I have cleaned it at home.
