Purchased from nano universe. I used to collect Union Jack items, and I fell in love with this and bought it. The base is tartan check fabric. The Union Jack is drawn with red and white rhinestones, and it's sparkly and very cute. I usually wear 24cm shoes, but these shoes were quite tight for me, so I've listed them as 23.0.
