I believe this is a promotional item distributed when I purchased a player roster at the game venue 7-8 years ago. The signature is likely printed, not handwritten. The upper left corner of the shikishi (cardboard sheet) is slightly bent. There are stains on the back of the shikishi due to aging. I have kept it with care, but please understand that it has been stored at home by an amateur.
