This is a replica of the train sign (sabo) for the Iiyama Line's 80th Anniversary. It's a replica of the sign used on the old passenger cars pulled by the DD16. It was in a bag, so it appears to be in good condition with no major damage. It will be packaged with cardboard. Being a replica, it is made of plastic.
