This is a listing for the case (charger) of these wireless earphones only. When a USB is plugged in, it reacts as shown in image 1, so I believe it is not broken, but I have not been able to confirm actual charging as there are no earphones. The exterior shows some signs of use such as minor scratches, marks, and dirt, but there is no particularly severe damage, and it is generally in good condition.
