This is a Morris MD302 from the 1990s. Top: Spruce Sides & Back: Mahogany Neck: Nato Fingerboard: Rosewood String Height: 6th string at 12th fret - 3mm 1st string at 12th fret - 2.7mm The guitar has been adjusted for easy playability. There is, of course, no buzzing. Also, the saddle has 4mm of height, allowing for adjustments. This would be a good choice for beginners. The most important thing is ease of playing.
