Judging from the serial number, it appears to be MADE IN JAPAN, manufactured between 1999 and 2002. Being 25 years old, it's well into the vintage category, and while there are scratches and dents, it's still in a condition where it can be actively used. Also, recent Jaguars often have basswood bodies, but this one is likely alder. (Fortunately, you can see the alder peeking through where the paint has chipped off.) I liked the full overtones and the crisp sound. Replaced with a Mustang bridge ⇒ This improves the string-falling problem that Jaguars are known for. Fret replacement and nut replacement have been done. The neck plate has been replaced with a thick type from FREEDOM CUSTOM GUITAR RESEARCH. The original arm is included. I bought it new a long time ago and played it extensively during my student days. It has been stored at my parents' house, but I have no plans to use it, so please consider it if you're someone who will use it a lot. There are some paint chips and dullness on the metal parts. Please understand that this is a used item. It currently doesn't produce sound due to an electrical system failure (I think there was jack noise when I used to play it, so it might be that). Please purchase with the assumption that it needs repair and adjustment. Please be careful with the acoustic sound ⚠️ It sounds good, and you might get complaints from your neighbors if you live in a thin-walled apartment. If you fix it and use it, the sound will be great and jangly, I think. I've seen it priced at double the market price, but I've set this price because it needs repair and adjustment. The body itself seems dense and in good condition.
