This is a Shimano flagship casting rod, the Kiss Special Strip Model 405 AX KISU SPECIAL. The reel seat and guides are titanium. It hasn't been used much. There are touch-up paint marks around the reel seat as shown in the photos, but otherwise, it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches. If you're concerned, you could consider wrapping it.
