I purchased this on Mercari in the past. It's a set of three items: a DVD, a CD, and an instructional book. There were no sheet music for the assigned songs or a glossary. I searched online and found videos of TAB scores for the assigned songs, so I had no personal issues. The instructor takes a different approach than other lessons, so I was able to study quite a bit. I have confirmed that the DVD and CD play. The instructional book has a few creases, but there is no problem reading it. There is no email support.
