This is a set of 4 "Reversible Vehicles" that were part of McDonald's Happy Meal in 1998. These were very popular toys at the time with a gimmick: they could be flipped over from a car or airplane shape to reveal a design related to McDonald's characters (Ronald, Grimace, Birdie, Hamburglar).
