This is a roller-type record cleaner from Audio Technica. While there's no model number listed, it's likely an AT-6004. I've used the 6001 before, but the 6004 has a more substantial metal base, which feels more solid compared to the lighter plastic base of the 6001. Also, the height of the roller can be adjusted and fixed with a screw. It's an older item, so I'm not sure how effective it is, but I hope someone can make use of it.
