This is something I obtained at a gallery during an exhibition in London in 1994. The photo is 86x88mm in size, and while the surface of the photo has no noticeable damage, it is adhered to paper. I don't remember clearly as it was a long time ago, but I think the photo was attached to a flyer, and I cut out and kept that part.
