I'm selling this because I no longer use it. It has clips, so it can be used on strollers, car seats, as a swaddle, or for outdoor activities. It hasn't been used much, but there is one small stain. The front is nylon fabric and the back is fluffy fleece fabric. This is an item that will be very useful in the coming season. Please consider purchasing this item, understanding that it is a used item.
