This is a Rapunzel hair accessory from Tokyo Disney Resort. I intended to use it after purchasing it, so I threw away the paper tag, but I have kept it at home without using it. There are a few stains and some loose threads (see photos 3-5). Also, please understand that this is a personal item stored at home before purchasing. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
