This item is from the Showa era. It was stored at my parents' house. It's made of a nylon-like fabric and has eyelets under the arms for ventilation, so it's probably a raincoat. The belt and the coat itself seem to be different colors, but they were stored together, so I'll send them as is. I'm not sure if it's water-repellent.
