This is a rain poncho from studio CLIP. It's the type that you pull over your head (there's a button at the neck) instead of having buttons down the front. You can put your middle fingers through the elastic loops to cover the backs of your hands and keep them from getting wet. There's a pouch on the back at the waist, and it's a pocketable design that can be stored there. The instruction tag for how to store it has creases, but the poncho itself is unused. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. Although I don't see any damage, please understand that this item has been stored at home for a long time before purchasing. I will fold it up small for shipping.
