This is a Saxony sauce pan. I was drawn to its cute pattern and unusual size, and purchased it. The dealer said it was a 1950s vintage piece, but it's in quite good condition, so I think it might be a bit newer. I've marked the condition as "some scratches and stains," but I hope you can appreciate the peeling on the lid as part of its age. There are several circular scratches on the inner bottom, as if it had been stirred. Please see image 12. Please understand that this is not a new item displayed in a store, but an item that was regularly used in a French home. Images 13, 14, and 15 were taken to give you a sense of how small it is. Please refer to them. Recently in Europe and America, many enamelware products are intentionally scratched or made to look old. Therefore, antique enamelware products in good condition with a clear origin are becoming more expensive.
