Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about used items. I used this for a year and a half, but I think the actual usage time was about six months. I purchased this for both my shoulder and elbow because I played pitcher and catcher. Includes two cooling packs. I used this from the second half of junior high school to the first half of high school. I am 170cm tall, so I intentionally purchased the J size for the shoulder.
