This is a rotary valve tuba made by AMATI Amati. AMATI is a musical instrument manufacturer in the Czech Republic. The tuning slides appear to be stuck, so maintenance is required. The valves move adequately, but there's a sound, so I think the rubber needs to be replaced. I think it can be used to a certain extent with maintenance.
