They have been in storage for a while, so I'm not sure about the sharpness. I recommend sharpening them before use. The school logo is on them, so I've taken pictures of the back. The leftmost scissors don't have any logo. I used them for rough cutting. I don't know the manufacturer. The comb is a little dirty, so consider it a bonus.
