The remote control and other functions have been tested and confirmed to be working. Please insert two AAA batteries (not included). The remote control features a roulette to select the ice cream flavor, Baikinman saying "Ha-hi-fu-he-fu~ delicious♪" and Anpanman saying "Our recommendation is the Anpanman ice cream!", lights up to indicate options, and allows for interactive play. I purchased this when my child was about 5 years old, so it hasn't been put in the mouth, and I think it's relatively clean. However, there is some discoloration on the outer box. The plastic transparent cover is slightly cloudy. I hope someone who likes this will be able to enjoy it. I plan to wrap the items together in bubble wrap, use the outer box as packaging, and wrap it in vinyl for shipping.
