If there are any issues after opening, please contact the manufacturer directly. After opening the shipping box and bubble wrap, it was in the plastic bag shown in the second image. I took it out of the bag for photography, but after taking the photos, I put it back in the bag, returned it to the bubble wrap, and stored it in the box. It will be shipped in a cardboard box.
