I purchased this new a while ago. I've used it less than 10 times. The main body is clean, but the storage cover is dirty, possibly due to poor storage. Also, there's some slight blackening when viewed up close, but it's not very noticeable from a distance. It might be difficult to tell from the photos. There are no defects that would hinder use. I think it still has a lot of life left in it. The rear tires have some wear in the center and aren't as new, but they aren't completely slick either. The front tires still have plenty of tread.
