Used outdoors 1-2 times. Prolonged use might strain the shoulders, but since walking is the main activity, and for insurance in case I fell asleep... it was thin, light, and didn't take up much space, making it really easy to carry. There are creases from being folded and stored. Please check the photos. I don't think there are any stains.
