!! This is a product with issues. !! Please read to the end before considering a purchase. This printer was purchased about two years ago and kept at my parents' house. The exterior is clean with no noticeable stains. I don't think it was used very often, but it seems it was used for printing. It prints without problems, but when printing in color, the red? pink? colors are faint. When printing photos, only the red tones appear faded or missing. I replaced the ink, but it didn't improve, and I don't know how to fix it. Monochrome printing works fine, so it seems suitable for single-color printing. The ink used is also a recycled product. I will ship it with the ink cartridges installed. They weren't full, so you may need to replace them. My parents actually used the printer, so I only confirmed that it could print and connect to a computer. Other functions have not been checked. Due to the above issues, this is being sold as a junk item, so please understand this before purchasing. The only included accessory is the power cord, as shown in the photos.
