It's in used condition, with signs of age, some scuffs, and scratches. The exterior isn't in pristine condition, but I believe the interior pages are intact without tears. Please only consider this if you are not looking for something in new condition and understand that it is a used item. It will be shipped with rain protection and simple packaging.
