This is a Yamaha intermediate model, well-known as equipment for junior high and high school brass bands. Considering that it will be played by people with smaller builds, the piston arrangement has been changed, and the 4th piston is placed in an easily accessible position for easier operation with small hands. I played it a few times for testing. Due to consistently high demand and stock shortages, it had to be ordered for purchase, so there are no signs of it being used for trial playing in the store, and there are almost no polishing scratches. Even the inner slides are very clean. I think it's cleaner than buying a trial instrument new from the store. All accessories are brand new. This is a special price to support students advancing to the next grade. The case is typical of Yamaha and is prone to scratches, as you can see in the photos. Please be aware of this. My impression after playing it is that it has the characteristic Yamaha sound, with a neutral intonation and lightness that is impressive. I think Yamaha's euphoniums in this price range are the best in the world.
