It is a new, unopened item (with tags), but the adhesive on the tape that sealed it has weakened and come off, so I have reinforced it with another tape. It was kept in its original bag from the time of sale, and stored carefully indoors in a dark place. There are no smokers in my family, and I do not have any pets. I handle the items with great care, but this is a personal flea market sale, unlike a store. I inspect the items carefully as much as possible, but it is at an amateur level, so there may be oversights.
