This is a KATO HO gauge DD51 Warm Region type locomotive. The manufacturer's suggested retail price is 19,800 yen, so I think it's a good deal. I purchased it new in 2023 and ran it about 3 times. The parts are already installed. Since I installed them myself, there may be some glue overflow. In the second photo, the handrail is detached, but the glue just came off, and I have the detached handrail, so I will include it.
