The blue humidifying filter has some discoloration. I don't remember what it smelled like originally, but it doesn't smell moldy, it seems to have a chemical-like odor. I recommend replacing it, but I will leave it installed for now. Regarding the air filter, it has turned brown, but it's not dust.
