I purchased this new and used it two or three times. I believe I bought it almost 10 years ago. I was a little worried about the pegs, so I used Snow Peak 50cm pegs, but I also have the included 40cm pegs, so please choose which ones you prefer. Photos 1 and 10-14 show the Snow Peak 50cm pegs, which don't quite fit in the included small bag and stick out. The included 40cm pegs fit in the bag. Photos 15-17 show the 40cm pegs. Also, the included 40cm pegs have more signs of use than the stand itself, as I used them when setting up the tarp. I used the 50cm pegs a few times to tie my dog's leash, in addition to using them with a hammock. There is no box, and the first photo shows everything included. Thank you.
