This is a raincoat with high water resistance. It's cute with hearts and smiley faces mixed in with the dots. I bought it new at a physical store about 5 years ago. I haven't used it very often. There is some dirt near the zipper, but it's hidden and not noticeable (photo 6). There are no other noticeable damages. I have stored it in the closet after washing it. I remember using it when my child was around 100-110 (preschooler size). It looked good with the sleeves rolled up a bit.
