Nike spikes tend to run small and narrow, so I recommend them for those with JPN sizes of 28.0-28.5cm. I have used them about 10 times, including games and practice. As you can see in the 6th image, there is a scuff on the outside of the right shoe, but overall, including the insoles, I think they show little wear.
