I purchased these items here, so I am the second owner. They were used only once each for a pre-wedding photo shoot and the ceremony. There are no noticeable scratches that would appear in photos, but there may be some minor imperfections due to the multiple uses. I have stored them hanging in a place away from direct sunlight before and after use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. They will be folded for shipping, so there may be creases, but they will smooth out nicely with steam. Both veils have a soft texture. I used the short veil during the ceremony for moving around. I only wore the long veil for a moment during the pre-wedding photo shoot for a shot where the veil was flowing in the wind.
