I used to dress them in this once a year on Christmas. My eldest and second son wore it, so it's been worn a total of 4 times. It's a non-itchy cotton knit, gentle on a baby's skin, and has buttons on the shoulders. Easy to wash. I think it can still be worn, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who needs it. It's incredibly cute when they wear it...
