Weekly, monthly, and yearly photo mats are available. I received this as a hand-me-down, but I no longer use it, so I'm giving it away. It comes with a romper, but I didn't use it. The fabric is like velvet and feels nice, so the baby seemed comfortable lying on it! The romper has some pilling and shows signs of use. The second photo is a picture of when I actually used it.
