This is a ceramic beer stein depicting a person playing a transverse flute and a woman in German folk costume-style clothing dancing to the music. It features a metal lid and a music box at the bottom, allowing it to be enjoyed as a large decorative music box. The main body is made of ceramic, and the lid is made of metal (details unknown). Height including lid: 23cm, Width including handle: 13cm. Mouth diameter: 7cm, Base diameter: 10cm. The music box at the bottom may or may not play, and its condition is unstable. The tune is unknown. This item was discovered during a clean-out of my parents' home. As the original box and cushioning materials were present, it is believed to be unused (listed as "near unused" due to lack of absolute certainty). The outer box has some damage (see photos 9-10).
