This is a popular children's clothing brand in Australia, and I don't think it's widely available in Japan. I purchased it at a vintage shop and only tried it on briefly. It's size 2, which I think is equivalent to about 90cm. There are no particularly noticeable stains, but there may be some signs of wear.
