This is a Pochacco vinyl pouch/case from 1997, found at my parents' house. It's made of vinyl. The size suggests it was likely a PHS (Personal Handyphone System) case. It's a Heisei-era retro item. It's a little hard to see, but the 6th photo says it's not for general sale, so it appears to be a non-sale item. I don't see this item very often on Mercari, so I think it's very rare.
