This is a bolt of yukata fabric featuring a shogi piece pattern. The design resembles a brick pattern, with shogi pieces depicted within. It is still bound with the original thread, so I haven't been able to fully spread it out and inspect the entire piece, but it appears to be a very beautiful yukata fabric.
