It's a full set that beginners can use right away. Set includes: Sanshin body Hard case Instructional CD Instructional DVD Pick Spare strings Sanshin tuning meter, etc. (Everything shown in the pictures) As it has been used only a few times, the sanshin body has no noticeable scratches or stains and is in relatively good condition. The metal parts of the hard case have scratches and rust due to aging. The surface of the included tuner has scratches. I don't see any other concerns, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to minor imperfections, as this is a personal inspection. There are no smokers in my family.
