This is a gorgeous congratulatory envelope. Retail price was 1050 yen (back when consumption tax was 5%. Ah, those were the days!) I bought it thinking I'd need it eventually before the tax increase, but after all these years, none of my friends or acquaintances seem to be getting married, so I'm offering it to someone who needs it. It appears to be in good condition, but as it's been stored for many years, I've marked it as "like new."
