This is a handmade item created for a baby girl's Hatsumiyamairi (Shinto shrine visit). Although it is unused, it has been stored for about 20 years, so I've listed it as "like new." It features a pattern of cute chrysanthemum flowers on a red background. The waist is raised (hemmed), and I've included the measurements both as is and with the hem unstitched.
