The OS is the final version, 2.26. Regarding the common issue with this model of the dial skipping values, it worked fine if turned slowly. It would often skip values when turned quickly. It worked without problems within the range I used it (playing sounds with a MIDI keyboard and MIDI sequencer). I haven't tested all the functions. It was comfortable to use by switching sounds with program changes from a master keyboard. However, it is an old model, so I will sell it to someone who understands this.
