This is a set of 10 cotton 100% string buttons, suitable for repairing chef coats and as material for chef-style clothing. The button head diameter is 18mm. There are individual differences due to being handmade. They can be used for buttonhole inner dimensions of 32-38mm. These are cotton spindle strings (the type often used for drawstring bags), so they can be sewn directly onto the fabric or inserted between the facing and the body by making an 8mm slit in the body and sewing them in place. There are string buttons for commercial use made of cotton and polyester materials, but these use the same components as those used in commercial cotton materials. *These are made with professional specifications and are resistant to crushing from cleaning presses.*
