These are carddass cards purchased at the Sailor Moon Museum. They have been opened, put into sleeves, and filed. I don't think there are any scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as they have been opened. Set of 12 cards. Not sold individually.
