The surface is very glossy due to the fire-polished finish (a technique of re-firing in a kiln to melt the surface). Shipping will be via courier service, and the glass will be shipped uncut. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a different image of the glass after purchase. There may be minor scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such imperfections. We are careful with our packaging, but please understand the risk of breakage during shipping and only purchase if you are willing to use the glass even if it breaks. Thank you for your understanding.
