I'm not sure of the manufacturer, but based on the shape, I think it's probably an Onstage cello/bass stand, though I can't say for sure. Also, the closing part of the neck rest is slightly different. I don't know if it's a minor change. If it is an Onstage stand, it sells for around 23,000 yen, and stands of this type, with a sturdy receiving area like this one, are not often seen used. There are overall signs of use, but the construction is solid and there are no problems with use.
