Thank you for viewing. This is a cello stand. It has a wide base and is likely usable for a double bass as well. I'm not sure of the manufacturer, but based on the shape, I think it's probably an Onstage cello/bass stand, but I can't say for sure, and the closing part of the neck rest is slightly different. I don't know if it was a minor change. If it's an Onstage, it sells for around 23,000 yen, and stands like this one, with a sturdy support, are not often seen used. There are overall signs of use, but the construction is solid and there are no problems with use.
